What is your COVID Cancellation Policy?
If you have to cancel, postpone or downsize your wedding due to COVID-19, just let me know and we will issue a full refund no questions asked! It’s really important to us that everyone we get to do business with knows that we are always on your team, no matter what.
How much is the deposit and when is the final payment due?
A 50% deposit is required upfront and the final payment is due 14 days prior to your event.
Does the DJ require a meal?
A meal is not required but always greatly appreciated!
What forms of payment do you accept?
Venmo, Chase QuickPay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks and cash. We don’t charge any additional credit card fees.
Is it customary to tip the DJ and if so, how much?
A tip is never expected but always appreciated! Tips usually range between 10-15% of the total bill.
What is the DJ’s typical wedding attire?
Unless otherwise instructed, we like to dress formally.
What if a song is not listed in your music library?
It’s our responsibility to get all the music for your event. If the song is not listed in my music library, simply place the song title and artist name in the Custom Songs section of the planning form. If the song is a live version or other specific recording, please add those notes in the comments next to the song title and we will take care of the rest.
Do we meet with the DJ before our wedding?
We will call you three days prior to your wedding make sure we’re on the same page about the timeline, planning forms, music selections and any other notes you might have for us.
Do you DJ multicultural weddings?
Yes, we DJ many multicultural weddings each year. In our experience, communication is key. The more we can understand about your expectations, cultures and traditions, the happier you’ll be.
Do you believe in marriage equality?
Absolutely!
Do you have a backup DJ in case of emergency?
Yes. At the end of the day, we work in the people industry which means that we always have to be prepared in any hard to predict life event!
